Internal RBA analysis released under Freedom of Information law last month included research concluding a 4.8 per cent cash rate would bring inflation back to the central bank’s 2 to 3 per cent target by the end of next year and lift unemployment closer to its estimate of full employment, which is 4.5 per cent.
Writing in The Australian Financial Review, Judo Bank economic adviser Warren Hogan said it had become increasingly clear the RBA’s job was far from done.

5009- 6000 home unfinished But count job not stated by builder that can not take on more work because their insurance level ceiling .
Plus thousands of home in three States from the floods unfinished and and no builders rebuild.
Bush Fire Homes still not rebuilt in Victoria and Tasmania
Insurance on the floods not paid out all drawn out still being told . payments is coming
The 4 banks here re not being paid
this adds unbelievable amount of money
Now put on top of that refinancing of home loans

Read between the lines
THERE IS NO MORE MONEY TO LOAN .The big and small bank are staling on loan paper work applications
THE 4 BIG BANKS MAY WELL GO UNDER
