There's a slight change in the mood about interest rates. It WAS all about relief and cuts and now it's hang on a little bit, we're not so sure. I reckon someone has worded them up about the 70's early 80's where we copped two cracks at the inflation genie because they were too quick to call it over.
I'll stick with diminishing affordability as the catalyst for an end to this almighty bubble of everything! And it ain't gunna end well for the 20's and 30's somethings.
