Agree with you onetricky and the way to do it is by lifting land tax on the acumination of residential property held, include PPR to start when the combined value is 3mil and over, and have it paid every month just like a mortgage and keep lifting it until the economy slows and brings down inflation and then just like interest rates, they can be lower
