Unlikely there will be a significant pullback, given replacement cost are now a big part of the market dynamic. Also, OC, Baby Boomer, retirement and downsizing dynamics will still be a significant factor in the market for at least the next 10 years. The only things that could shift that is if inflation reentered the fray to rise IR's significantly, which would raise unemployment. So, today, not. Tomorrow, maybe. We shall see.
