retail is falling; I even heard on tv that because there was no rate cut shops will close down!
There are many reasons why they are falling, the last 2 rate cuts didn't help alot, cos people are more price sensitive and only buy need not wants, its the new norm!
House prices, its unlikely to crash, no one said house prices will rise for ever. Even if it falls 20% it would be good for young people who can't afford to buy.
A$ is killing the economy; it is likley going to say above $1 in the next 2 years or longer, unless the US stop printing money and raise rates which is a long way off! Good for people who want to travel.
