The Fed won't be raising rate any time soon.
when it does it will be in .01 increments to test the waters.
with the world wide slow down they will take years to even build up to a real accumulated rate rise
even with this if the US dollar follows the rate rises and strengthens this would slow and stifle export growth in the us leading to a slow down in economic activity, something the US can't allow to happen considering the 17 trillion dollar debt it must service and this doesn't include the odd 4 trillion dollars of unfunded state pension funds
