Yes and yes.

However the money I invested from the proceeds of my property has gone up much further.

To repurchase my previous property I would have to sell investments bringing in several thousands a week for a property I could rent for several hundreds.

The investment decision was o no brainer.return

So 7000 x 52 = 364k p.a. @ 6% net return on the original purchase price that means an investment of over $ 6 million .

And your renting a beach house for $150 a week ( which is obviously in Asia ) .

Yeah , right .
