We all have decissions to make and we all make them with the belief that they are the right decission. Making a incorrect decission in hindsight does not make anyone a looser. We all have different ideas about the best way forward and how we want to allocate our money. People have different priorities and value structures.
A looser is someone who wont work, is lazy and has squandered their money or their familys future on booze or drugs-thats a looser.
Otherwise everyone else is just trying to do the best fo themselves and their family. Some peopel have been fortunate to make (in hindsight-gota love hindisght) good decsions, others not so much. If property had tanked then you would appear to be the 'looser'
