I agree totally but I could not have said it as well.
They needed to be right, time will tell how wrong they are.
Removing the grant would have slowed house prices considerably but that’s probably too complex an issue for them.
I will try the first home buyer buys the second, the second buyers the third etc etc
It’s quite possible now that people will react in the reverse requiring more punishment.
I mean they train horses now with greater skill.
I am not suggesting that rates should not go up in the future but I believe the timing is wrong and weakest in the community as is usually the case will suffer first.
But hey I’m ok jack I got plenty of assets liquid and other wise to cancel any debts.
