there is nobody on the labor front bench that was on it in keating days that i know of, its a whole different make up of people.
You cant compare labor now with labor 13 years ago, ridiculous.
it would be better to comapre the liberals in the arly 80's when frazer was pm to the liberals now.
Wasnt that when John howard was the treasurer and we had the highest ever bank bill rates of over 20%.
The bank bill rates are what interest rates are based on...if howard had deregulated the banks instead of keating howard would have had australias highest interest rates/bank bills but interest rates were capped at 12 or 13% back then.

So who in the history of Australia had the highest bank bill rates...you go it john howard and the liberals.

I cant beleive liberal voters and howard keep running the keating interest rate line, they honestly do think the electorate are fools.
And for liberal voters to push these statements shows how untruthful/gullable they are.
