    But the crucial question is not whether I get it right or wrong but whether the landlords of 2 million investment properties and countless FHBs who entered the market get it wrong.

    For many, they can't afford to get it wrong even once in their whole lives. This is the pertinent question. I can get it wrong. They CAN'T !

    Not by how many days my prediction is out of kilter with the price peak stats (which are never accurate anyway).
