I'm a property bear and from what i am seeing and hearing keeping a roof over our heads has become far to costly with little left for anything else. I heard on the radio the other day the salvation army reporting record numbers of families who can't provide even the basics for their families after shelter and the surprising trend of middle income earners coming to them for help to make ends meet. Rents and mortgages simply have to fall and a lot otherwise we'll have a nation of homeless people. Plain and simple
