Hi GK, AEU. The FA looks great. PE = 6!!! yield 7.5%. Is that franked? Some property mobs do not. REITs that is. sp is cheap on FA. If this traded on PE 10 then it would be $2.66!!! I notice 2 things on chart. 1. The big low wick on candle in mid January. That must have been interesting! 2. more relevant, is the brick wall at $1.60. What is going to kick this up. The market likes growth. Perhaps this stock is seen as safe but dull on the growth side. I am not against the stock, quite the opposite. It "should" be trading at $2+ on FA.
