Not so good.
As banks don't get to slug new loan owners with up front fee. However I am sure they are making heaps out of the superannuation industry, so I would not be to worried about to much of a loss in revenue. The only risk that I can see is loan foreclosure's when mum's and dad's and big business can no longer afford repayments, though given the dtrong GDP I don't think this will be a risk either...that is as far as I am aware.
