A while back, I saw that somebody had posted a RAMS fixed 10 year rate right here. I saw it and went to RAMS straight away to lock in my rate. I applied for refinancing all my home loan applications. Now all my loans have been approved and I will get it at 6.19% fixed 10 year rate. My loan will settle next week. After that, I don't have to worry for the next ten years.
I just want to say "THANK YOU!!!" to the person who informed me of this information, right here in this forum. I have benefited fully from it and, before my application process, the rates had increased twice.
