    Anyway, the point is that boards have a duty to protect shareholder interests (we agree right?), right, then it goes that counter manipulation strategies need to be initiated.

    I know of a number of Boards that do this to the best of their ability.

    Isn't this the same principle as the reserve bank intervening whenever the dollar is oversold?
