Capital raisings are usually done at approximately 15% to the market price, or 15% discount to a VWAP like 10 day. Give or take another 5% on the range.
15% discount to 8.1cents would equate to 6.885cents. I think a 15% discount to a 10 day VWAY would be closer to 6 cents.
Just a guess that a low end would be 6cents and a high end of 7cents. Middle ground would be 6.5cents
Stock usually trades 10-12% premium to the capital raising price in the short term so this gives 6.6cents -7.8cents range, middle ground is 7.2cents.
If there is some significant company changing news then its a totally different story. From experience if there is significant news its released after the money is raised.
