Heres some food for thought,
These very tight congestion periods on the chart last for about 13-14 days before a small breakout, today was day 14 for the current one.and given that we have now broken the downtrend line thats been in place since late Oct, and we are now making higher highs and higher lows since Jan(trending up) its fair to assume we may very soon see a leg up to a new high ( above 18c)
