re: announcement? I thought that the construction of a decline was so they could start production. It would be akin to sinking a production well in a location where there wasn't a good reserve of oil if after all this investigation, the decline doesn't allow access to the mineralised area.

Any input or ideas?

Saying a 'number of factors' in an announcement is not too encouraging... A factor could be, they have to reassess the drilling locations....

Not trying to sound too doom and gloom, I hold, but I'm keen for others input.
