Was one or two large holders exiting the stock today very quietly. Put in a smallish size offer, let it get nibbled away then top it up again. Towards the end of the day they hit a few bids and dumped out a lump.
Medium/longer term will be a good buy at these levels. The company just needs to get a handle on the building cost control side of the equation.
