This cobalt IPO is a long time coming. None of the projected actions re the project seem to have occurred and HTM still languishes in a resources boom. You've got to wonder if the company is doing anything to progress this project and has reverted to it's slack old ways, despite the new blood on the Board etc.
Where is the drilling program previously forecast? And the agreements with Asian (Chinese?)interests? And the status of the IPO (delayed ostensibly until the market improves). If nothing has progressed, I think shareholders have every right to feel seriously aggrieved/misled - especially those who entered the stock on the cobalt 'promise'.
And in the meantime cobalt prices are going through the roof. Think some serious questions need to be asked.
