imo, some very minor reasons for consolidating like possible effect of perception of shares in the market, easier to manage non marketable parcels, etc. However, I don't think they should do it - the positives are very minor and the negatives are the cost of the exercise and the waste of time and energy to organise it.
I'd rather they just put their energies toward making the underlying business as good as possible.
