I wish I brought REA back in June or July. Wished I was interested in investing over 3-4 years ago. That would have been the better time to buy.
REA is a mature business now. It pays good dividend. ROE has been fantastic since listing. Overseas expansion I know little about but gut feeling is that it was done in a sensible way. Today's prices are not that compelling. I would be happy to be corrected. I know very little about REA. Well, not enough to invest. It was 2014's Hot darling.
I am not buying because:
A): I need funds
B): I have already suffered from the disease called FOMO
Anyone can correct me as my knowledge is limited.
