    Chuk, i disagree. How can you say there is a premium paid when 90% percent of last year IGR traded above the 45cents. Especially if you take Riv's story into account. Simply looking at the last traded price doesnt cut it and obviously your DD on IGR is bad as well. SLR can be very very happy to get IGR grounds for a bargain price and IGR shareholders are happy to get a good managementteam. Do your DD.
