Chuk I have always respected your views and research work, no probs. Do you have a figure which you would consider to be the "highest" that SLR should have paid? The way I see it superficially is apart from the intangibles, for $426m, SLR pick up $20m net cash and stockpiled ore valued at $100 after processing costs (could be worth a fair bit more depending on contracts as this was probably arrived at at the lower hedged figure. The net $300m buys prospective tenement holdings, synergies in management expertise and operations, just over 2moz of gold resources and a production of 100koz pa which IGR believe can go to 150-170koz "with process facility expansion and successful underground developments". Now that is just the sort of expertise that SLR can offer.
Is that somewhere in the ball park as we know it?
