Losing is ok Ocra but when the rules have been severely bent then losing is not losing it can be called a number of things.

You have stated correctly the resource assets of Igr except the biggest and that is the underground that is now stopped as a requirement of this deal.So all of this is worth what the price of Slr is at the time the deal is signed off.

Ocra do you seriously believe that Igr directors were only aware of this deal after the Igr CR,you know that is not the case,its written in the press today that the 2 major shareholders knew what was going on before the CR.Directors dealing in shares with knowlege about a transaction that would affect the share price,thats called insider tradeing and the amount of money does not matter its the principle involved,that applies to any company.

This deal will attract a lot of scrutiny,the press are starting to ask questions and so will a lot of others.
