Couple of items in this post make me go "mmmmm"

I have no doubt that the new combined entity may well be attractive to a major predator - question remains as to "openess of register" and board's willingness to be bought out

(may be totally of the mark here but NCM having a JV in place over some of IGR interest may be of significance ?)

At this stage a fair bit of news to come for either party if I remember right and could both (and the combined entity) a nice boost ?
