At first, I was one of those.
I have certainly changed my view.
So much so that I think a competing offer certainly can not be ruled out.
Quite a bit of buy volume at 42 on IGR of 1.4mill shares or $588,000 worth equivalent to a buy order of 213,000 shares for SLR.
