As for hostile bidder, I was talking about the combined company, not IGR on it's ownsome lonesome. I have no doubt the enlarged SLR will become a tasty treat for someone, someday. I'm predicting Barrick, not NCM. But only a prediction.

Whilst NCM own 15% of Majestic, it's peanuts to them. And as far as I know, NCM own no shares in IGR. I think/believe they will sell their 15% as there is already an agreement in place to allow IGR, (SLR), to take it over. In the scheme of things it's too small for them to put up with admin headaches. I think.
