The financials got away from IGR for much longer than that. Financials explain why the IGR share price went nowhere for 5 YEARS, forget about 5 days.
Management couldn't run a gold company for benefit of shareholders yet silly retail shareholders kept falling for their low production costs and over the top exploration headlines.
None of the HC shareholders saw Integra's high FY12 production costs coming and when it happened, brushed it off with various excuses. Integra's inability to grow cash reserves while mining the high grade pits was also explained away as investment, nothing to worry about.
Integra shareholders then underestimated the risks and costs associated with the underground developments, especially from a position of poor financial health. That's why this takeover happened.
Forget the conspiracy theories and need for ASIC to investigate. Be grateful your board agreed to meet Les Davis's price before it got worse.
