Risk, to me this has been obvious for a period of time and, as far as I am concerned, the only reason for this to happen is to keep the VWAP as low as possible for a prospective TO or cornstone investment which could be good for SH's however it also creates additional dilution in any CR so it's rather a doubled edge sword IMO, it's also dammed frustrating to watch.
Would like to see further comments on this from posters.
