    Looks like Bolton via his company Keybridge and various funds under management is continuing to soak up any loose shares. It is very curious.

    Is CSE the ultimate shell here? .......... cash in bank, good investments via Assets Available for Sale, BoD sitting there fat dumb and happy with nothing much to manage!

    Maybe it is just arbitrage? @MrCurly any more thoughts on the dynamic and situation going on here?
