    Article discusses an early investment wree the investor states the company had less assets than claimed by Stuart. It shows they have been working on the restaurant idea for a while...

    This company was valued at $5m through Stuart selling a stake to an unknown 'third party' entity.

    Also, the company involved owned 20% of Ashdale, which makes the RSM transactions look even less independent than before.
