Ssb, I think you will find the 10 million traded late is just a booking of the shares bought by the broking firm during the day to their client at vwap. It is not a new trade! The broking firm buys the shares during the course of the day in their own name and then books them to the client at vwap late and if the broking firm manages to beat vwap it gets to keep the profit.
