If I am right myronc then we should be seeing royalties, but we aren't yet, if at some time in the future we do learn that they are using mach 5/50 tech and have been for some time and they were not paying us for the privilege of using the IP? then there will be one hell of a bun fight, because it means that we did not have to go through anywhere near as much dilution, there will be 300,000,000 little reasons out there where just one of them will give the game away, if anyone in the field decided to open up a cartridge and saw something like what was in the patent i.e two projectiles , then the game will be up.
