You can never spend too much time with your pets IMO. She sounds like a delight. My mum now has a maltese bichon frisse cross, and she is smart and cute. No human food for her though, mum has been really good with her.
My manx cat Milly, she has some interestng food behaviour, she will only eat raw meat, but she grazes, she won't eat it straight away, rather preferring it room temp. Then, instead of eating off the plate, she will pick up pieces with her paw, and eat off her paw! Quite amazing to watch!
