Stalker is URU, not NWT. He was also Dattels' CEO when Dattels was a director of Uramin and oversaw Uramin's resource definition work at Trekkopje.

They failed, but had another go at shaking up the URU Board early this year. They also withdrew that latter requisition.
I understand that NWT have now changed their stance and are lined up behind Dattels.
On 11th March, David Weill was appointed Head of NWT's Advisory Board. I believe Weill (who is now URU's Chairman & a Kalahari Director) is an associate of Dattels, as he was appointed to Caledon's Board at the same time as Dattels, last year. Stalker is currently Acting CEO of URU. IMO Stalker is the uranium & mining expert who is advising Dattels on the technical aspects of his investment plans.
Just to fill in the picture a little further... Stalker is also on the Board of Regent Pacific, which Dattels co-chairs with Jim Mellon and is on the Board of Vatukuola Gold Mines with Neil Herbert. Remember that Mellon & Dattels are also co-chairs of EML. Small world, isn't it? ;0)
Another name worth noting is Charlemagne Capital (should it appear in our story). That's Jim Mellon's company.
It's no wonder you (and many others) are confused. :0)
