    You could be right but if they are a nuicence outside of the board think of the havoc they could cause when trying to finalise a long term funding agreement.

    My concern is that Nexif would be happy for a equity rasiing at these levels which would significantly dilute existing shareholders value!

    Only me speculating!!!
