Yes Meo, cash from ATO as rebate. Not from tax they paid. R & D rebate is quite different. Therefore PRR will have actual 45% cash back from ATO on their R & D cost after June 2012 when they finish their tax return. I believe it will help the cash position of PRR in a big way.
Re apply tax loss from previous years, I was talking about the Australian rule. Not sure about COT.
