Any sane individual with class 1 comprehension and reading skills would be able to read this article and understand what it is saying. except it has missed on
1. CEO has given himself a near 200% salary boost
2. None of the board has any shares (sorry my bad the "chairman" has 26k shares!!!! ) and they are barking about gRoWtH
3. CEO cancelled dividend and DRP (thats Dividend Reinvestment plan)
4. CEO has experience of grand total of 6 months before being made CEO of mayfield
5. Board has ensured all of MFD earning go only to the major holder Genius by conducting potentially related party transactions with Genius and shafting all other shareholders
6. Operating costs are through the roof - 60% increase
etc etc list goes on
if the CEO and Chairman spend half as much time as they spend on HC checking out what is posted by regular mom and pop shareholders who are hurting tremendously because of inane decisions in the last 18 months by this joke of a management - MFD might be a top AS performer....
