it is a great article, it may be 4 years old but the essence of the article does not change. Rox is very lucky to have a guiding figure such as Ian Mulholland at the helm, and his strategy of uncovering & developing deposits that many have walked past after undertaking only very preliminary terms of exploration. Anybody that thinks Rox could of taken the project from where it currently stands through to production is kidding themselves without significant amounts of dilution to their shareholding. The project has the potential to be very big & even a 30% stake will prove to be a very handsome reward to shareholders. Teck is not only a company that can rapidly accelerate exploration but they also have the ability to take the project to market in due course......
