Hi Angers...great find! That does spell out the exceptional value proposition we are enjoying as shareholders of either (or both) CUO and MXX. Naturally, I intend to take up the CUO offer for my MXX interest. I have held off to see what announcements are made and as I have attempted to pick up a few more at any sub-$1.00 bargain offerings.

It will be interesting to see what the next substantial shareholder interest announcement says. I truly look forward to the future evolving story of MXX. CUO quarterly will be interesting too to review the production numbers etc.
