I just view it as all the promises and bold statements in the world won't get this up and over the line if no-one wants to lend for the project, or, ADY can't afford to pay it back.
Splitting the IO side away from the lithium leaves the lithium side with virtually no revenue for upto 2 years.
How will they service these loans in a tight credit market without over capitalising???
The timing of the consolidation and split really sucks!
Bad move in this climate to take away your only revenue.
