There are many risks, but how significant is another matter;

Oncologists just don't believe the benefit until OS in 2017.
Oncologists actually reduce their usage as they previously thought it would give PFS.
A new silver bullet takes their fancy.
They prefer There to SRX
They just don't like radiation and will not use until SOC recommendation.
They dot like to pass control to another specialist (this is more common than you may think)

I'm sure there are many others.

I'm happy with these risks, and expect some good numbers at the AGM.

It will also be interesting when we see the dose sales for the half year (just ended). We have the 22% number as released by SRX (around mid May if I recall), and so it is not too difficult to calculate the % increase for the last 6 weeks of the half year. Anything above 22% for the 6 months would be very welcome in my book.
