What I am trying to say is no matter how tightly held a company,shares may be it will not stop a predator from dipping ther toe in the water so to speak, I am like you,in for the long term but it would be interesting to see what sort of value they would come up with, lets be honest they say the market is never wrong but we all know that KAR is worth way more than <$8 a share
