Was the GFC also a socialist-created crisis? or was it dumb and greedy rich kids masquerading as traders and salesmen for fraudulent credit instruments in the U.S.A. which caused that global impoverishment of us all (I lost 40% of my pension funds and 5 years less in pay-outs in that one)?
And what about the continuous printing of money that's going on in the U.S.A. (and other economies) - is this also a 'socialist plot' or just a last desparate attempt to dress up a debased currency as a 'good' currency, nay the world's 'fiat' currency? They'll defraud us all, major and lesser capitalists and socialists, unless you are in the truly wealthy class. Read up on what Soros did to the Italian Lira and the British Pound - was that not a crime? Yes it was, but it was on such a large scale and conducted so stealthily that no-one woke up to it - and the guy is still running around pretending to be a philantropist nowadays. Fine capitalist, that one! The difference between that sort of capitalist and a fraudster is simply one of scale. The first one gets admired, the second one gets imprisoned. Same as between a military dictator and a mass murderer - both kill with impunity, but only one gets the electric chair, or a life sentence.
Get over it, both systems can be good and complement each other and both can be bad if carried to the extreme.
