    G'day gang

So many stuff ups by so many in high office led to CXY's Kingaroy plant being shut down.

    . Incorrect laboratory lab reading

. KCCG involving the press with headlines in newspapers, television & radio that the "Kingaroy water supply was poisoned by Cougar Energy"

. Pressure from former MP Dorothy Pratt to shut down Cougar

. Mis-leading information in Dorothy Pratt's Timeline of Events distributed throughtout her Electorate

    . Pressure of the Greenies

. Pressure from Kate Jones - 2ppb represented 100% more Benzene than permissible

. Cases where atleast one CSG company had 100ppb Benzene
    in bore water glossed over

. Polution from the Tarong Power Station totally ignored

. Articles from the South Burnett Times I sent to Edd indicating that the old Kingaroy Shire Depot had contaminents up to 6 metres deep - oil/fuel

. Article from the South Burnett Times indicating that there was an old dip on the Shire Depot site - traces of
arsenic found but ignored by Council & the KCCG. Note that the Depot is only about 60 metres or so from the creek running directly through the middle of Kingaroy & flows into the Stewart River some 2 to 3 kms from town. Gordonbrook Dam is built on the Stewart River about 15kms NW of Kingaroy & is the source of water for Kingaroy residents.

. Do not forget for one moment that Cougar Energy was tried in a Kangaroo Court in Kingaroy on a number of occasions with the media an the Independant Team of Experts present.

. So many articles in the South Burnett Times from the KCCG & letters to the Editor - many with "trumped up charges" against Cougar Energy. A number letters written to the Editor confused UCG with CSG. The old saying of "if enough mud is thrown some will surely stick" is very pertinent in what has transpired.

. So few letters to the editor from Shareholders to defend Cougar & to correct misinformation printed

Hopefully justice will prevail in 2013 & Cougar will be duly compensated. In saying that I do not think for one moment that their Kingaroy operation will be re-opened. It's time to move on to greener pastures. Should Cougar win their case against the DERM employees they should aim their sights at certain members of the KCCG & possibly the South Burnett Regional Council.

Merry Christmas guys & all the very best for the New Year.
