Of course it will be traded, but maybe look back at the actual title of this thread and comment in a sensible manner.
The article is interesting : I am taking from this that there are some very good supporters in India for the the tech, both coldly and matmor. there, are as I am sure some frustrations within India regarding the process to make things happen.....the younger generations of Indians are more about getting things done...rather than the...reasons why we can't get things done. (I am sure we have seen this attitude in Aus !!!)
it is, unfortunately all about patience....you only need ONE BLOCKER to delay a project, and lets face it, none of us really know how the food chain really works in India regarding ESI. But suddenly the torrent of support will overcome the naysayers and then it moves very quickly. And I have a good feeling that this critical moment will come soon and unexpectedly.
