The only advantage i got from 4ds was the scaleability, never heard much on cost. I am more than willing to accept 4ds has a better chance on manufacturing memory if anyone can provide even one article, paper, thesis, or whatever you can come up with that either:
Shows the PCMO can be implemented into current manufacturing processes without massive time delays OR
That current manufacturing techniques cannot create the nanoporous silicon oxide as Prof Tour has stated. Obviously the better the info the more chance you have of convincing me.
I am hoping @Atlas_J has info on this, so take this as a chance to swing me to the 4ds side if you want.
