1: They are all capable of moving to new materials, no one has made the argument they cannot.
2: Do you believe that your memory can replace dram in some way or fashion? (I am assuming that 4ds memory can have the same speed as the fastest dram, as well as latency and bandwidth as well.) If so i would doubt computers would need storage memory the likes of which hard drives and ssds fill now.
3: Good luck, i do hope 4ds does well. (not sarcasm, not being a d**k).
